Room Details - Listing

The UWY Community Room is a space in the University Y Student Center and is located on the third floor. This space is only available as a catering staging space in conjunction with a reservation for UWY 303 and/or 304. It is not available as a conference or meeting room. The Community Room contains a kitchenette with sink, and a fridge. The space is managed by the YMCA and subject to their availability. Catering Use Only: This space is only available as a catering staging space in conjunction with a reservation for UWY 303 and/or 304. It is not available as a conference or meeting room.

Spaces Locked: This space will be locked. Please check-in with the Front Desk in the Center for Student Involvement (UWY 107) upon arrival to have the door unlocked.

Building Access Waiver: Please note that you are responsible for providing a building entrance waiver for access to the University Y for any individual that is not a member of the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties. Equipment: We have a variety of equipment available for reservation use. You can review our equipment list at https://www.tacoma.uw.edu/uwy/equipment and notify us of any items that you’d like to utilize.
